    How to Set File Associations?

Hello, I have a need to look at text files on an sd card.

These files have numerous extensions; .c .h .inc .prj and others.

How do I set these file associations to the same as txt so they open in a txt editor, or how do I just assign these file extensions to my current text editor (polaris office)?

I understand that I can rename all these files to .txt, but that would be a real last resort thing, and would limit the usefulness of my tab3 a lot!

I suppose what I am asking is how to open any file on my sd card in a text editor. Thanks!
**** Please forgive bad grammar or punctuation- I, m typing on a tablet! ****

Here is an app that may work for some or most of your files, https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ecelyin.editor but you should be able to use it to open the others manually, like file, open.
