As far as I know, you cannot do what you are trying to do. The usual use of something like Teamviewer or Splashtop is to use the tablet to control the PC, I believe.

To the best of my knowledge you can connect an Android tablet to a PC & then use the PC file manager to...
    - copy app apk's to the tablet if you have them backed up to the PC (but you install them from the tablet)
    - copy e-books to a folder on the tablet
    - copy other files you might want from the PC to the tablet

    ...and so on.

But to be honest with you, other than copying files to & fro between the devices, installing apps & "setting up an e-reader" is best done from the tablet itself. The Play Store or the Amazon AppStore both retain any apps installed or purchased from them, linked to the relevant account & they can then be installed on any device that uses that account.

E-reading is easily covered by either Google Play Books, Amazon Kindle or whatever & their cloud services. If you have e-pubs from elsewhere, then copying those files over & then using another e-reader app of your choice is also straightforward when done from the tablet.

There are guide threads on e-reading, file management & general helpful guides linked from my signature below - either directly or from our Guides, FAQs & Tips section.

Hope that helps & all the best

I don't want to contradict master Janner, even a little, but to clarify, you can control the tablet remotely but I'm fairly certain it would only be from a PC. It does require the Samsung specific version of Teamview and what it can and can't do and on which devices can be confusing,.

Try using a RHUB remote support server and check if it works or no.
