Samsung Bluetooth Keyboard Symbol Issue
I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4" and it comes with a FOC bluetooth keyboard. However, I discovered that some of the symbols do not match the case on the keyboard when my input language is set to English (US) or English (UK). Example, when I press Shift + 2 it should return with a @ but instead it is a " and Shift + 3 should be # but it becomes a symbol for sterling pound. I dun have this problem when my input language is set to Chinese. Anyone can advise me on this? Is there any setting on the Tab that will affect this.
The built-in keyboard of the tablet is working normally and I have un-paired and paired the keyboard but problem still persist.

Welcome to the forum
This is just a wag but have you tried changing the actual keyboard app from or to Samsung - Google. You may like the other better or after a change and restart you may be able to change back and it may work correctly. What country did you purchase it in?

I bought my Tab in Singapore. Do you mean changing the built-in keyboard of the Tab to a 3rd party app? There is no problem with the symbols/characters of the built-in keyboard. It's the bluetooth keyboard that is giving me problem.

I missed that part. I have no idea what's going on but I suspect it's the keyboard and you may not be able to remap the keys.

The issue has been resolved. Apparently, I have set the keyboard language to English ( UK). It should be English (US) instead. Thank you all for the attention aand advice
