I was having problems with my Tab S whereas its kept rebooting all the time. I following instructions online to look at the battery connections to check they are ok. I removed the back cover and they looked fine. When putting the back back on I inadvertently did something to the power button connection. When assembled the power button does not work at all. I checked whether something had fallen out of the case but there was nothing.

I tried to use a paperclip to turn the device on but it does nothing. I also looked online to buy a replacement Power,Volume UP/Down button board but cannot find anything.

I am not sure what to do. Even if I fix the button I still have the issue of it restarting all the time.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. FYI: Its out of warranty and I have a custom rom installed.
