from a Droid 1 perspective - i use PDAnet which uses Bluetooth DUN to connect - basically download it on the phone and the tablet - make sure the two are paired, then launch PDANet on the phone as server and then launch PDANet on tablet as client. You need to change proxy settings on the tablet but the instructions as shown by the app

not sure if there is a BB version of PDANet

I have the 32gb (unlocked) GT 10.1 and BB Bold 9000. PDANet for Tablet on the Galaxy Tab, and PDANet for BB on the blackberry. I can connect the two over bluetooth and have been able to transfer my contacts from the BB to the Tablet. But that is it. I cannot get an internet connection on the Tablet. There should be a wrench icon on the Tablet to add or select a bluetooth profile to enable internet connection, but it is missing. I haven't been able to find any info or alternate apps that might help.

I also tried the same with a friend's Samsung Android phone and couldn't even pair them. I may have had the wrong PDANet version on the phone though.

Hi... I'm at the same stage as abhilabhila, i.e. Using PDANet can get my Blackberry Torch and Samsung tablet to connect ok using Bluetooth DUN.
However can not access the internet from the tablet. On the tablet I'm connecting as client. On the blackberry side the only option is to Enable Bluetooth Connection. Have disabled the DUN option on the blackberry. There does not seem to be any DUN settings to modify on the Tablet.
Anyone get any further than this ? Has anyone managed to be able to view web pages on the tablet ?

    Tab 10.1 and BB 9800

You guys are a little ahead of me. Im trying to establish a Bluetooth connection with the Tab and my BB, Ive done all the disabling as mentioned, BUT I get this message on my BB when I start up PdaNet thru BlueTooth. it says" Internet not detected on your phone (But I can browse the Internet no problem). If you have a non US carrier (which I do here in Canada its Rogers), you may need to setup APN in phone Options. >Advanced>TCP. Err=java.io.IOException:Tunnel failed.
Im wondering if any have had this and can explain how to correct.
    Thanks

    Hey MBM,
    I have SGT 10.1 & BB9900
I have the PDAnet on my BB and
    PDAnet tablet installed

I can connect via BT, I can update contacts, however, I cannot get an internet connection from the tab through my BB.

is there a better app to look at? Im really growing frustrated with PDAnet.

    any comments appreciated,

    Thanks
