Low Sound Output

Hi
Just been watching movies and films but sound seems very low and unable to hear unless in ultra quiet room
And when earphones seems even worse have had to pack it in

I have tried 3 movies and even music seems to low
All sound controls are at Max
Anybody else have this issue

I downloaded an equalizer app. There are several in the Play store. When you crank the channels all the way up it really boosts the volume quite a bit!

Just Done it installed OK can not believe the difference it makes Sound is now Great
