    Default app storage location

Tons of info on the web on how to set the default app storage location to the SD card, but I want to in stall an app to the device storage, because it's telling me it cannot install to the SD card.

Android 4.2.2. on a Tab 2 10.1. Is there a way to do this?

You cannot install apps to the SD card. Some apps, on certain versions of Android, can be moved to the SD card if they were designed that way but none can be installed to the SD card.

Ok, I'm trying to install an app from the google store that's telling me it can't be installed to an SD card or USB storage, so I assumed the device was setup to install to the SD card.

I'm not following that. If the reference to SD card is internal storage then maybe so. I'm fairly certain your Tab is new enough that it didn't come with partitioned internal storage so I'm at a loss.
