    BBC I Player

Hi, I have successfully downloaded TV programs from I Player and Sky Go. In each case they have used up internal memory when I was hoping they would be stored on the 32Gb Sd card. Using ES File Explorer I was hoping to move them across but cannot find the files. Is there a setting somewhere that I can change so that any music, films etc. automatically get saved to the Sd Card.

    Hi Phil,

The problem you are encountering is entirely (& unresolvably) linked to DRM (Digital Rights Management), ie copyright.

Because of that protection on the programmes you have downloaded, the apps concerned do not allow them to be moved outside of the protected storage within the app. Google Play Movies is just the same.

    All the best
