my wife has a note 10.1 and she dont have adobe flash player and i dont kmow how to get, she cant play vids on facebook it says flash player upgrade required i click to download and says not supported, what do i need to do?

It hasn't been supported by Adobe (or Android) in quite some time. There are some browsers that will display Flash, like Puffin or FlashFox.

I think there is a fix somewhere but it hasn't worked well. Most of the Android browsers won't display Flash even if you could get it installed. I suggest FlashFox as the best solution.

why does it work on my tablet i have a galaxy 10.1 hers is a 10.2 whats the difference ?

It works on my tablet as well, an ASUS T700. It seems that if it was installed prior to a KitKat update or you don't yet have KitKat it will still work in the supported browsers. It still works on my Firefox but I've had it installed for quite some time. Still, browser like Chrome never did support Flash Player.

If you get Lollipop (5.0), Dolphin Browser has said they will support Flash from within the browser.

It's a mixed bag.
