It will be most helpful if you post what widgets you are using, where you got your wallpapers etc. so you don't get bombarded with questions about your setup. Thanks!

If you're not rooted you can use the app called "Screenshot It" Paid version is $4.99 and the free one has a limiation of 5 screenshots.

If you're rooted, you can use the app "Shoot Me" It's free in the market.

Not quite sure how to activate this setting since I don't have a 10.1 yet, but I added a video in the OP.

Is there a screenshot icon on your status bar like in the video?

unfortunately the 10.1 did not come with this option - you can use the lite version of 'screenshot it' but it is limited to 5 shots - the paid version is $5 - unfortunately no free ones yet...unless you're rooted
