    Removing Unused Wi-Fi Networks

Because of travel my tablet is getting overloaded with old, unusable networks from motels, resorts, relatives, etc. Is there a way to remove these old networks to make room for more for my next trip?

Press on one you don't want any more , not just tap, and a menu should pop up, choose "forget "

When I long press on any of the available networks, the only option is to "connect". I only get the "forget" option if I long press on my connected wireless network. Is there another way to remove them as I only connect to my home wireless router? Running 4.0.4

The only networks that you should see listed are those that are visible to your Tab at that time - you cannot connect to all of them as you will likely not have the password credentials for all of them.

If you go to settings/manage networks (or similar) within the wifi section, you will see a list of connection points that your device has used & can connect to automatically when you are in range of them. You can "forget" those by a long press on the ones you wish to connect.
