TouchWiz UX Update Temporarily Halted for Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 to Fix Bugs

According to reports, Samsung has temporarily halted the TouchWiz UX update for the Galaxy Tab 10.1. No specifics as to why were given, but more than likely they discovered a fairly major bug that required this drastic action. There has been no word given by Samsung yet of how long it will take to fix the issue. We will inform you if any more details emerge, and when the update starts rolling again.

I am in nyc. So basically america was used for beta testing and europe is getting a "cleaner" version of touchpad? that's pretty ghey (if they dont share it with the rest of the world). Still not mad I bought the galaxy. It is doign whta I need for the most part

well given the wild west nature of Android apps some bugs would be expected but it sounds to me that there might be something more at issue here - i just had a boot loop issue that i managed to solve - and which by looking at the various websites, seem to be experienced by a number of people after the Touchwiz update - the only weird thing is i never updated to touch wiz so this might be indicative of a system problem that TouchWiz just made more visible

I exercised my right as a moderator on a privately owned forum to ban a user who had a possibly inflammatory user name and in my judgement only signed up to cause trouble
